Items are not returnable after purchase and delivery.

Shipping

We offer white glove delivery service for all of the larger furniture items. The pieces will be delivered to your home and placed inside by our courteous delivery team.

International shipping is available. Please email us at info@spibaby.com and we will be happy to coordinate your delivery.

Tax

If your items are shipping within the state of California, sales tax will be charged at a rate of 9.75%. If your items are shipping out of state, sales tax will not be charged but you will be responsible for use tax as it applies in your state.

Lead Times

All items minus the area rugs require 4-5 weeks to manufacture from receipt of payment. Area rugs have a lead time of 12-14 weeks. Shipping will be an additional 10-14 business days. Please let us know if you need express service and we will attempt to accommodate you.
